BMCRC is a 501(c)3 non-profit Corporation formed in 1999 and formally given non-profit status in 2000. Our primary purpose is to create an umbrella to serve various projects in our geographical area. We encourage individuals and groups to create innovative ways to serve their communities.
Our vision is to work cooperatively to improve our communities. Our needs for employment, education, recreation and basic services must be met in light of the things we value, those things that brought and keep us here. In our decisions, we want to demonstrate our respect for people of all ages: children, youth, adults and older adults.

BMCRC holds monthly meetings at the Rail Road Flat Community Center. BMCRC meetings are always open to the public.

Located in the historic Wilseyville lumber camp, the Wilseyville Library is primarily a children and adult classics library; however
After a 20 year closure, the park obtained a new 10-year lease on the property and the commitment of of volunteers to maintain and manage.
In 2017 the property owners formed a group to help stem the destruction and trash at the Lake.
The next great addition to our town. Rebecca Raggio from Tantrum Ranch is spearheading the revitalization of the old horse areana across from the RRF Memorial Ballpark. Stay tuned for more updates!
The Friends of Rail Road Flat School currently provides meals and enrichment programs for children and adults.
